| cancellation policy | Cancellation Policy If you cancel on the day before or the day of your appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply: 【Cancellation Fees】 For cancellations made the day before, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. For cancellations made on the day of the appointment, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. 【No-Show Cancellations】 If you do not contact us regarding your cancellation, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. 【Late Arrivals】 If you are running late due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We apologize, but if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to shorten your treatment time or refuse service. (Please note that even if your treatment time is shortened, the full menu price will still be charged.) If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment due to the schedule of subsequent clients. In this case, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee will apply. 【Refusal of Service】 We cannot accept clients who arrive in an intoxicated state. In this case, the same cancellation fee as for same-day cancellations will apply, which is 50% of the treatment fee. |

| キャンセルについて | 前日・当日のキャンセルになりますと下記規定のキャンセル料が発生いたします。 【キャンセル料金】 前日キャンセルの場合はご予約いただきました施術料金の50％ 当日キャンセルの場合はご予約いただきました施術料金の100％ をキャンセル料金としてご請求をさせていただきます。 【ご連絡なしでのキャンセルについて】 ご連絡をいただかない場合でのキャンセルにつきましては、ご予約いただきました施術料金の100％をご請求させていただきます。 【ご来店の遅れについて】 やむを得ないご事情で当日のご予約時間に遅れられる場合につきましては、分かり次第、お早めのご連絡をお願いいたします。 また、誠に申し訳ございませんが、ご予約時間を過ぎてのご来店は、施述時間の短縮、もしくは、お断りをさせて頂く場合がございます。 （施術を一部短縮させていただきました場合でも、ご予約時のメニュー料金を請求させて頂きますのでご了承くださいませ。） また、ご予約時間を10分以上遅れられる場合は、その後のご予約のお客様の都合上、誠に申し訳ございませんが、キャンセルとさせて頂く場合がございます。 その場合はキャンセル料金の規定の通り、ご予約いただきました施術料金の50％をご請求させていただきます。 【ご来店をお断りさせていただく場合について】 泥酔された状態でのご来店はお断りをさせていただきます。 その場合は、当日キャンセルの場合と同様に、当日キャンセルの場合はご予約いただきました施術料金の50％をご請求させていただきます。 |
